I will be visiting twin cities (from Ireland) in Aug on work, would it be possible to join your scheduled training classes and can you recommend where i could hire a roadbike please

Hi everyone, i am still injured and unable to do much running, so please take note that the regular Sunday run is not guaranteed to be led until further notice. But for those who wish to keep running, please continue! I hope to be back running Ina few weeks, or start of August at the latest.
